Terry Mattingly has been a licensed school psychologist in private practice since 2004. She began her career as an elementary school teacher for Orange County Public Schools (OCPS) in 1997 after receiving a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education and a Masters degree in Education from the University of Florida. She later earned an Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) degree from the University of Central Florida and worked as a school psychologist for OCPS for 3 years. She has worked in a variety of roles including work as an Certified Associate Behavior Analyst (CABA) with children on the Autistic Spectrum, a provider of in-home behavioral therapy services, an assessor of children in the foster care system, and an assessor of incarcerated juveniles. She has an excellent understanding of the needs of children and families from all socioeconomic, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds.

Terry is also the founder and co-owner of Conflict Solutions Group, LLC, a group dedicated to providing training and professional services. Trainings are held several times a year to train mental health professionals to conduct Social Investigations and to train both mental health professionals and family law attorneys to provide Parenting Coordination Services.
